| Fees |
All fees are due on or before the first day of term and a full terms notice of departure from the group must be given. Parents are kept informed by means of a notice board, which includes a list of staff. |
| Snacks |
The children are provided with a drink and a biscuit at break time. |
| Adult child ratio |
2 to 2.5 years ratio 1 adult to every 4 children
2.5 to 5 years ratio 1 adult to every 6 children |
| Maximum group size |
2 to 2.5 years maximum of 8 children
2.5 to 5 years maximum of 30 children (Mon, Wed & Thurs) and 26 (Tues & Fri)

| Lunch sessions |
Extended sessions are offered on Tuesday and Friday until 1.29pm for three and a half year olds plus, in which the children bring their own packed lunch. |
| Starting at 2 years |
We offer two sessions for two to two and half year olds, Tuesday and Friday 9.30 until 12 noon. The group has a maximum of 8 children with an adult to child ratio of 1:4. |
| Behaviour |
We aim to work towards a situation in which children can develop self discipline in an atmosphere of mutual respect and encouragement. If a child's behaviour causes concern, parents would be contacted to discuss how we may help the child. |
| Staff Qualifications |
The staff meet the Social Services requirements (Diploma in Playgroup Practice).

| Visits |
You are welcome to visit our group to view our activities and to see the quality of care we provide. We recommend that your child has an introductory visit before starting playgroup and that you stay with them during this session. |
